An online is preferable, using zoom. This way the meeting link can be generated automatically at the time of the reading. This also allows for a recording of the reading to be made, if this is requested. Please message Michelle this is an issue and an alternative method of connecting can be used.

It is not necessary for you to have a zoom account. A link will be sent with your booking to your email address, and this will open the meeting for you using Michelle's zoom account.

Yes, a recording can be made. A link will be sent to your email within 24hrs of the reading, for you to access and download the session.

Please join the meeting as soon as possible to make the most of the time available in the session. If you have not joined within a 10 minute time frame from the start time of the meeting then Michelle will exit the meeting, and this will be considered a no-show. Please refer to the refund policy.

It will be at Michelle's discretion if she will allow the reading to progress pass the allotted timeframe. Michelle offers back to back readings in many instances and will require a few minutes between each reading to prepare. Please be mindful of this if Michelle is unable to extend the reading for additional questions.

All readings are booked as one on one sessions. Michelle may have difficulty connecting or establishing who she has connected to otherwise. This is both energetically to yourself as well as during mediumship to the spirit world. Please only bring yourself to the reading.

Yes, Michelle will only read for people who are aged 18 or over.

Please ensure you have a good wifi connection, and are in a quiet and private environment for your reading. Set yourself up a few minutes early in case of any technical issues that may pop up, so that you are ready to go at the scheduled time and can make the most of the allocated meeting time.

All readings are performed online and therefore payment is made at the time of booking using PayPal. It is not necessary to have a PayPal account for this transaction as PayPal processes payment via credit card, a linked bank account or a PayPal account
